Kia Ora!  The Waitangi Precinct is a great place to hang out on a Sunday afternoon.  Lots of people walking around enjoying the sunshine, sampling foods from the Waitangi Park Market, feeding the ducks and gulls on the waterfront and enjoying the vista across the bay to Wellington Harbour.
